These rules govern the operation of the AlterCPA One traffic filtering service (hereinafter referred to as the Service). They are mandatory for all registered users. Registration and payment for access on the site means your agreement with these rules.
The service is provided as is (AS IS) without any additional guarantees. We do not guarantee the performance of the Service, its availability in all regions of the world, the quality of traffic filtering and high speed of operation.
You use the Service at your own peril and risk without guarantees from the administration. The Administration is not responsible for possible losses associated with the operation or failure of the Service.
The Administration is not responsible for the actions of intruders that led to interruptions in the operation of the Service or theft of data from users of the Service.
The Administration is not responsible for the operation of open source products, including those integrated directly with the service, including ready-made filtering files, the direct parking server and AlterCPA White based sites.
Note: this disclaimer does not imply our negligence in the operation of the Service and its security. We make every effort to provide you with a reliable and high-quality Service, but we are obliged to notify that we do not provide any guarantees on it, for example, regarding 99.9% availability or mythical absolute security.
Working with confidential data is described in the "Privacy Policy".
The service operates in the jurisdictions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles. In case of violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Seychelles, the Service administration has the right to block the offender's account. In the event of a dispute, the legislation of the Russian Federation shall prevail.
The Service Administration is not responsible for the actions of its users. Any actions of the user with the Service are the personal responsibility of the user.
The administration prohibits its users from using the functionality of the Service for various types of cloaking or deceiving search services and ad networks.
